Returns & Refund Policy – Rivea Beauty

Due to the nature of skincare products, we currently do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, we will gladly assist you in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
